Pricing questions
What is a credit?
Credits pay for AI work you start yourself: an AI fix costs 3 credits, a translation 1 per language. Audits and rescans are free, scheduled or not, and prompt tracking is included in the plan. Plan credits reset each month; top-up credits don't expire.
Is anything published to my store without my approval?
No. Every fix is shown to you as a before/after and waits for your approval. The one exception is Autopilot on Scale, which you switch on yourself and which only publishes alt text and structured data; it checks your storefront afterwards and takes the change back if it doesn't show.
Can I undo a fix?
Yes. Published fixes keep the original, and one click puts it back. A few store fields, such as Shopify tags, can't be taken back this way; the app tells you when that's the case.
Do you guarantee I'll be recommended by ChatGPT?
No one can. AI answers vary from one run to the next. We show how often you are named, as a share of real answers with the count beside it, and whether that changes after your fixes.
How are AI-referred sales counted?
From your store's own orders: an order counts when the visit that led to it came from an AI assistant (last click), net of refunds. You can click through to the orders behind every number.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time. Paid plans are billed monthly. On Shopify, billing runs through your Shopify admin; elsewhere through our billing portal. The Free plan needs no card.
